Herbalist Onsite
We offer access to an experienced, degree-qualified herbalist who is available on site five days a week for individuals seeking personalised herbal compounding and natural health support. Our herbalist has extensive knowledge of evidence-informed, natural, and organic treatment approaches and has supported clients across NSW through carefully prepared herbal formulations. One-on-one consultations are available by appointment, including phone consultations, providing personalised guidance and tailored herbal treatment options. Consultations are priced at $40. Flavouring Options
At Gilchrist’s Compounding, we offer a variety of flavouring options to improve tolerability and ease of use, particularly for children and sensitive patients. Available flavours include vanilla, lemon, bubblegum, chocolate, cherry, mint, and more. Flavour availability may vary depending on the medication and ingredient supply.
Strength and Concentration Adjustments
Medication strengths and concentrations can be individually tailored to support precise dosing, taking into account factors such as patient age, weight, clinical condition, and specific therapeutic requirements, thereby promoting safer and more effective treatment outcomes. We provide specialised veterinary compounding services, working closely with veterinarians to prepare customised medications tailored to the unique needs of animal patients. This includes formulating medicines in appropriate strengths, dosage forms, and flavours to suit different species, sizes, and temperaments. Where clinically appropriate, compatible medications can be combined into a single preparation to reduce pill burden and simplify administration for both animals and their carers. We can also modify dosage forms such as creating flavoured liquids, transdermal gels, or alternative formulations to improve palatability, ease of administration, and treatment adherence, supporting safer and more effective therapeutic outcomes in veterinary care.
